The best way for me to answer that is in a Personal Consultation meeting. I will meet you at your home, explain how I work with clients, and give you an initial idea of what to expect in terms of selling price and timing. As a designated Certified Residential Specialist, I have more than twice the experience and education of the average Realtor. This meeting will give us an opportunity to get to know each other, for me to explain my skills and experience, and for you to ask questions. This will help us decide if we are a good fit to work together. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed.

• I will recommend a listing price that is the highest possible, without discouraging buyers.

• I will prepare the promotional materials, including professional photography and virtual tour.

• I will network and share your home across several marketing channels. Social Media is a driving force in the real estate market. It has the potential to reach thousands of people with the click of a button. Your home will appear on our company Facebook page, my Business Facebook page, LinkedIn, Instagram. It will also be featured in print in the Greenville Journal and in Talk magazine.  As a new listing, your home will be mass emailed to nearly 2,000 local agents with my Just Listed campaign. Open house campaigns will also be mass emailed.

• Our outstanding call center, Showing Time, will work with you to schedule showings as conveniently as possible.

• When an offer is received, I will consult with you immediately and I will negotiate for the best price and terms possible. 

• I will be there to ensure everything goes smoothly from listing to closing.
